Trip SupportFull-timeLead end-to-end trip planning for business aviation, cargo and government flights across the Middle East, Africa and CIS corridors. You will file flight plans, secure overflight and landing permits, coordinate slots and build fuel strategies for operators flying Gulf–Europe, Far East and trans-African routes.
Requirements
- →5+ years in business aviation dispatch or airline operations control
- →Deep knowledge of Middle East and African airspace, permit authorities and AIP supplements
- →Familiarity with ICAO flight planning, CFMU/Eurocontrol, FPL2012 format
- →Experience with Gulf ATFM slot coordination, Saudi GACA, UAE GCAA and Egyptian ECAA procedures
- →English fluent; Arabic or French a strong advantage
- →Willing to work shift patterns including nights and weekends (24/7 ops)
Ground Handling Supervisor
Station OperationsFull-timeOversee ramp operations at LFS-owned stations in the UAE. Supervise passenger handling, GSE marshalling, fuel uplifts, customs coordination and VIP protocols. Ensure every turnaround meets IS-BAH standards and operator-specific requirements.
Requirements
- →3+ years in business aviation ground handling or FBO operations
- →Experience with aircraft types from turboprop (King Air, PC-12) to wide-body (BBJ, ACJ, Global 7500)
- →Knowledge of UAE GCAA regulations, dnata and Etihad Airport Services interfaces
- →Valid UAE driving licence; ramp safety certification preferred
- →English essential; Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog helpful
Permits & Clearance Officer
Trip SupportFull-timeProcess landing, overflight and diplomatic permits for government, military, medical and VIP movements. Liaise directly with CAA authorities across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Track permit validity, handle urgent amendments and maintain authority contact matrices.
Requirements
- →2+ years in aviation permits, regulatory affairs or trip support
- →Existing relationships with CAAs in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, India or Pakistan
- →Understanding of state aircraft protocols, diplomatic clearance channels and military overflight procedures
- →Meticulous documentation habits; able to manage 40+ active permits simultaneously
- →English fluent; Arabic strongly preferred
Fuel Operations Coordinator
Fuel & LogisticsFull-timeManage Jet A-1 and AvGas uplift coordination across LFS's partner network of 300+ stations. Negotiate contract pricing with fuel suppliers, audit into-plane fees, and advise dispatchers on optimal tankering strategies. Track Platts differentials and crack spreads for the Gulf region.
Requirements
- →3+ years in aviation fuel procurement, logistics or FBO fuel desk operations
- →Understanding of Platts pricing, differential structures, fuel taxes and into-plane fee models
- →Experience with fuel suppliers in the Middle East (ADNOC, ENOC, Shell, Total, Chevron)
- →Strong Excel and data skills; able to model uplift scenarios across multiple stations
- →English essential; Arabic or Russian a plus
Charter Broker & VIP Coordinator
CharterFull-timeSource aircraft for ad-hoc charter, group transport and VIP movements across the Gulf, Europe and Indian Ocean corridors. Build relationships with aircraft owners, management companies and UHNW clients. Coordinate permits, handling, catering and concierge services for high-profile passengers.
Requirements
- →4+ years in business aviation charter broking, aircraft management or VIP concierge
- →Established network of aircraft operators in the Middle East, Europe and Africa
- →Experience with aircraft types from light jet (Citation CJ, Phenom) to long-range (Global 7500, Falcon 8X, ACJ320)
- →Discretion and polish for royal, diplomatic and celebrity clientele
- →English fluent; Arabic, French or Russian highly valued
