Operations Control CenterOur home market. LFS is headquartered in Manama and represents carriers commercially and operationally at OBBI.
Bahrain is where LFS is registered, staffed and licensed, and where our 24/7 operations desk physically sits. For an airline, that means representation here is not sub-contracted to anyone: the people selling your capacity, attending your turnaround and dealing with the authority are LFS employees in Manama.
OBBI is a compact single-terminal field with an expanded passenger terminal, a well-established cargo village and no meaningful slot pressure compared with the larger Gulf hubs. That makes it a practical first station for carriers testing the Gulf, for freighter operators building a technical-stop or transhipment pattern, and for offline carriers that need a registered local presence before they ever fly.
A Bahrain mandate typically starts commercially — trade and corporate sales, cargo capacity placement with the local forwarding community — and extends into supervisory station work as soon as the schedule becomes regular.
Liaison with the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs for permits, approvals and correspondence on the airline's behalf.
Airport operator relationship for stands, check-in counters, lounge access and cargo warehouse allocation.
Registered Bahraini entity, so a foreign carrier can satisfy local representation requirements without incorporating.
The operator had secured an ACMI contract with a regional charter customer but had no Bahraini entity, no local staff and no relationship with the CAA or airport operator. It needed sales coverage, ramp supervision and a local address for authority correspondence before the first aircraft arrived.
"We had a contract but no presence. LFS gave us a Bahrain address, a sales desk and someone on the ramp from the first flight."
