Operations Control CenterTwo-city representation covering the Saudi commercial capital and the Red Sea gateway, under one LFS mandate.
Saudi Arabia is the largest single market in the Gulf and the one where a foreign carrier most often needs a local company rather than a visiting sales manager. Regulatory correspondence, airport relationships and trade selling all run in-market, in local hours, and GACA expects a named local counterpart.
LFS covers the two commercial poles together. Riyadh (OERK) is the corporate and government market — corporate travel contracts, government and delegation volumes, and a growing cargo base. Jeddah (OEJN) is the Red Sea gateway with the Hajj and Umrah cycle shaping both passenger demand and slot availability for most of the year.
Because both stations sit under one LFS agreement, seasonal capacity shifts between the two cities do not require a second agent, a second contract, or a second set of authority filings.
Correspondence and filings with GACA, including operating approvals, schedule submissions and station-level compliance matters.
Airport operator engagement at OERK and OEJN for counters, stands, lounges and cargo facilities.
Coordination with LFS permit desks so overflight, landing and charter approvals stay aligned with the commercial schedule.
Demand for Hajj and Umrah supplemental cargo spiked, but the operator had no Saudi-registered sales agent and no experience of GACA filings or Jeddah handler performance. It needed a short-notice mandate that covered both commercial sales and operational supervision.
"LFS handled the GACA side and the cargo sales at the same time — that is not easy to find in one agent."
