Operations Control CenterKnow the risk on the ground and along the route before you commit the aircraft.
Risk on a business aviation trip is rarely about the flight itself. It is the drive from the airport, the reliability of the ramp at a field with no perimeter control, the airspace two hundred miles either side of the planned track, or a change in the local situation between planning and arrival.
LFS produces a written station risk brief for departure, destination and alternates: airport security posture, ramp access control, known theft or interference history, local ground-transport risk, curfew and civil-unrest considerations, and after-hours contact points. Route risk is assessed alongside the flight plan — conflict zone advisories, state notices, overflight sensitivities for the registration and passenger nationalities on board, and the routing options that keep the aircraft clear.
Where the trip requires it, we arrange vetted secure ground transport, armed or unarmed escorts through local licensed providers, guarded aircraft parking, and controlled ramp access so only named personnel approach the aircraft. Arrangements are documented before departure and confirmed by the station on the day.
At every airport, worldwide. LFS-operated stations are staffed by our own teams; everywhere else the service is delivered through agents we have vetted and audited, coordinated by the same LFS duty desk so you deal with one operations contact rather than a chain of suppliers.
