Operations Control CenterEverything the cabin needs on the ground — arranged once, confirmed in writing, checked before arrival.
Passenger experience on a business aviation trip is decided on the ground: how quickly the car reaches the aircraft steps, whether the terminal is discreet, whether the catering matches what the principal actually eats. LFS handles that side of the trip with the same discipline we apply to the flight plan.
We arrange VIP terminal or FBO lounge access, immigration and customs clearance at the aircraft where the station permits it, chauffeur and armoured transfers, protocol handling for heads of state and government delegations, and secure baggage and courier movements. Special requests — pets in cabin, medical equipment, oversized instruments, wheelchair and reduced-mobility assistance — are confirmed with the station in advance, not assumed.
Catering is sourced from approved kitchens near the airport, or from a preferred caterier if you have one, with dietary, halal, kosher and allergen requirements recorded on the aircraft profile so they carry over from trip to trip. Delivery time is coordinated against the crew's fuelling and boarding sequence, and the loaded order is verified against the confirmed order before the doors close.
At every airport, worldwide. LFS-operated stations are staffed by our own teams; everywhere else the service is delivered through agents we have vetted and audited, coordinated by the same LFS duty desk so you deal with one operations contact rather than a chain of suppliers.
