Operations Control CenterArrival, departure and transit escort at Bahrain International Airport — greeter at the aircraft or air-bridge, fast-track immigration where available, porter and baggage support, lounge access, buggy transfer and handover to the car. Arranged by the LFS desk in Manama, 24/7.
Meet and assist is a person, not a voucher. At Bahrain International our greeter is waiting when the doors open, walks the passenger through immigration and baggage, handles the paperwork and the porters, and does not leave until the passenger is in the car or at the gate. LFS is based in Manama with its own staff at the airport, so the booking, the greeter and the follow-up all sit with the same desk.
On a scheduled arrival the greeter is at the air-bridge as the doors open. On a private or charter arrival into the Executive Jet Terminal, the greeter is at the aircraft steps with the vehicle already on the stand where airside access is approved. On departure, the meeting point is the kerbside drop-off or the car park — confirmed with the passenger the day before with a mobile number and a photograph of the greeter.
Bahrain operates e-Visa for a wide range of nationalities with visa-on-arrival as a backstop, and clearance at Bahrain International is fast by regional standards — typically well under fifteen minutes with assistance. Fast-track lane access depends on the passenger's travel class, nationality and the terminal's arrangements on the day; we confirm what actually applies rather than promising a lane that may not be open.
Bahrain International's expanded terminal has a range of airline and pay-access lounges, plus the Hala Bahrain VIP and CIP facilities for premium and protocol movements. Private and executive flights are handled through the Executive Jet Terminal on the west side, which has its own customs and immigration position and direct landside access.
Wheelchair assistance, buggy transfer across the terminal, unaccompanied minor escort and support for elderly or medically vulnerable passengers are arranged with the handling agent in advance. Medical equipment, oxygen and stretcher cases are coordinated separately with the operator and the airport medical service.
Bahrain International has no curfew and LFS is based in Manama with staff at the airport, so a 03:00 arrival is covered by the same desk and the same standard as a midday one. Bookings are accepted around the clock and short-notice requests are worked on the day.
The Bahrain Grand Prix, the Bahrain International Airshow and major conference weeks compress terminal capacity and hotel and chauffeur availability. We take bookings for these periods well in advance and confirm greeter, lounge and vehicle availability as a package rather than piece by piece.
