NOTAM structure
An ICAO NOTAM carries a series and number, a type (NOTAMN new, NOTAMR replace, NOTAMC cancel), a Q-line with FIR, subject/condition code, traffic, purpose, scope and levels, then items A (location), B and C (validity, UTC as YYMMDDhhmm), D (schedule), E (plain text) and F/G (lower and upper limits).
